We provide childcare and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Holiday clubs and out-of-school care for children aged up to 11 years are also available at selected settings.
Yes. Our nurseries are open throughout the year, excluding bank holidays and our Christmas closure period. Please check with your preferred nursery for its specific closure dates.
Yes, we offer a tailored settling-in process to ensure your child feels comfortable and secure.
Most of our nurseries are open from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Opening times may vary between settings, so please check your chosen nursery’s location page.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework, providing play-based learning and development across the seven areas of learning.
Yes. Depending on the setting, children may enjoy activities such as cookery, music and movement, outdoor learning, nature experiences, local trips and community visits. Please contact your preferred nursery for details of the activities currently available.
Outdoor play and learning are integral to our curriculum, with daily activities in safe outdoor spaces.
Our practitioners observe and assess each child’s learning and development. We share relevant updates with parents through Tapestry and through regular conversations and progress reviews.
We celebrate various cultures, traditions, and festivals and provide resources that reflect diversity.
We have strict safeguarding policies, secure premises, and well-trained staff to ensure that safety is maintained at all times.
If your child becomes unwell, we will contact you immediately and follow our illness policy.
We follow the statutory EYFS staff-to-child ratios, taking account of the children’s ages and the qualifications of the practitioners on duty.
We work closely with parents to record allergies, medical dietary requirements and food preferences. Relevant information is shared with the nursery team, and menus are adapted where reasonably possible to help keep children safe.
We use positive, age-appropriate strategies, consistent boundaries and gentle guidance to help children understand their feelings and behaviour.

A one-off registration fee may apply once a nursery place has been offered. Please contact your preferred nursery for the current fee, payment terms and availability.
Start by completing our Book a Show-Round form. Your preferred nursery will contact you to discuss availability, required sessions and a potential start date. If a suitable place is available, you will then receive the registration information and next steps.
Our UK nurseries offer government-funded childcare for eligible families, subject to availability. This includes funded childcare for eligible working parents from the term after their child turns 9 months old, as well as the universal and extended entitlements available for 3- and 4-year-olds.
Fees are normally payable monthly in advance by bank transfer or standing order, in accordance with your nursery agreement. Please contact your preferred nursery for its full fees and payment policy.
We keep parents informed through face-to-face conversations, telephone calls, emails and the digital platform used by their nursery. Depending on the setting, this may include Famly, Tapestry or Baby’s Days.
We value parents’ feedback and have a clear complaints procedure. You can view it on our Nursery Policies page or request a copy from your nursery manager.
You can request a change to your child’s sessions after enrolment. All changes are subject to availability, the nursery’s notice requirements and confirmation from the management team.
Yes. We welcome parent participation in selected events, celebrations and nursery activities. Your nursery will let you know when suitable opportunities are available.
Our trained practitioners work closely with parents, the setting’s Special Educational Needs Coordinator and relevant external professionals to provide appropriate, individualised support for children with special educational needs and disabilities.
