Nestled on Moorland Road in the heart of Burslem, New Beginnings at Burslem is housed in a beautifully restored historic building that once served as a junior technical school, completed in 1910. Rich in local character, the building has been thoughtfully refurbished to create a warm, inspiring and nurturing nursery environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.
Our nursery benefits from an enviable location directly opposite the picturesque Burslem Park. This 22-acre green space has become a natural extension of our outdoor provision, giving children regular opportunities to enjoy nature walks, outdoor learning, fresh air and meaningful experiences beyond the nursery walls.
Inside, our setting has been carefully modernised while retaining its historical charm. The nursery offers bright, welcoming and thoughtfully resourced spaces designed with young children in mind. From calm areas for babies to engaging learning spaces for toddlers and preschool children, each room is filled with high-quality toys, books and age-appropriate resources that encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and a love of learning.
